Pro Bono Attorney Spotlight: Patrick B. Giunta, Esq.
Patrick B. Giunta, Esq., is the founder of Patrick Giunta, P.A., where he handles real estate, estate planning, probate, and construction law.
Patrick, a member of the Broward Lawyers Care Pro Bono Panel, has volunteered over 155 pro bono hours, demonstrating his generosity and willingness to serve the community.
Most recently, Patrick helped a disabled senior citizen to resolve two foreclosure issues over the course of 11 years. The client was initially sued for foreclosure of her condo in 2009. After six years of litigation, Mr. Giunta negotiated a dismissal of the case, enabling her to remain in her home. When she was sued again for foreclosure in 2018, Mr. Giunta did not hesitate to assist her again. After three years of litigation, he negotiated a settlement to resolve the case.
Mr. Giunta has been an active member in many professional associations such as The Florida Bar Association (Chair, Vice-Chair,) Broward County Bar Association, North Broward Bar Association (President, Treasurer) Northeast Broward County Bar Association, and St. Coleman’s Men’s Club (President, Vice President,) among others.
Mr. Giunta is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree and passed his Florida Bar Admission in 1987. Mr. Giunta also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University.
