An Important Announcement from the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward County:
As many of you know, our current Executive Director, Debra Koprowski, is retiring at the end of the year. After a lengthy and comprehensive search process, the Board unanimously selected attorney, James Heaton, for this important role. He has shown a commitment to our mission and has the vision and passion to guide Legal Aid into the very challenging future.
The Board extends its sincere appreciation to everyone on the Search Committee. Thank you to Debra and Tony Karrat for their invaluable assistance.
We are confident James will be an outstanding Executive Director.
