Pro Bono Attorney Spotlight: Patricia Preciado
Patricia Preciado, Esq. is Managing Partner at Patricia Preciado Law, LLC, a south Florida law firm assisting homeowners with insurance claims related to property damage at their homes.
Ms. Preciado devotes part of her professional time to providing pro bono legal assistance to members of our community. Since 2016, Patricia has provided legal advice to 73 clients on the Broward Lawyers Care Pro Bono Advice and Counsel Hotline to help them understand their rights and responsibilities with regards to housing and consumer law.
Prior to her current practice, Patricia was a partner at ROIG Lawyers, a minority-owned litigation firm with a primary focus on Insurance Defense Litigation located in Deerfield Beach, FL. Patricia has 10 years of legal experience having worked with firms such as Roig Tutan Rosenberg Martin & Stoller, Corona Law, and Duboff Law.
Ms. Preciado earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Florida International University College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2011. Patricia also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University. Learn more about Patricia Preciado Law.
The Broward Lawyers Care Pro Bono Advice Hotline is held every Tuesday afternoon from 2-5pm and enables busy attorneys to volunteer from their own office to provide legal advice remotely.
