Pro Bono Attorney Spotlight: Cristina Sabbagh
Cristina Sabbagh has volunteered with Legal Aid Programs in Broward County for 4 years doing pro bono work. During this time, she has assisted 23 clients in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate and also volunteered with the Broward Lawyers Care Telephone Advice and Counsel Hotline.
Cristina is an associate attorney with Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., focusing her practice on personal injury, medical negligence, and product liability cases. Since being admitted in 2016, She has been a zealous advocate for those harmed by the negligence and intentional misconduct of others. Her hard work and dedication have been recognized by her peers having been selected among the SuperLawyers Rising Stars for 2021-2022.
After attending the University of Florida, and graduating with a B.A. in Political Science, Cristina obtained her J.D. from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Cristina concentrated on general litigation and worked full-time at prominent law firms in Miami Dade and Broward County focusing on probate and personal injury.
Cristina is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is currently a member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, Weston Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Cristina is also fluent in Spanish.
