As President of the Florida Bar Foundation I am asking for your time and money. Let’s face it, people really need your help.
We know that there are never going to be enough lawyers, and we do not have enough money to serve everyone with a legal issue. However, I am working hard to be one of the agents of rapid, effective and high impact change.
I have gained many personal benefits from doing pro bono work, but most importantly, doing this work reminds me why I chose to be a lawyer in the first place. Pro bono work reinvigorates me and gives me immense personal gratification. The personal reward gained from donating my time and money far outweighs any amount I could ever give.
Please help me lead the charge for Access to Justice. Your time and your money really can make a difference!

The Florida Bar Rule 4-6.1 advocates 20 hours of pro bono service per year and/or making a $350 or greater donation. Participation in Broward Lawyers Care may be used to report pro bono hours on your Florida Bar Annual Membership Fee Statement. Broward Lawyers Care is a joint project of Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida. Broward Lawyers Care was formed in 1981 by a joint effort of the Broward County Bar Association and Legal Aid.
