Board Member Spotlight: Arnold E. Nazur, CPA*, CFE

Arnold Nazur joined our Board of Directors in 2018. He currently is the president of Nazur & Associates, P.A., a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm licensed in the State of Florida. Arnold originally started his public accounting career in 1989 with McClain & Company, LLP, Miami’s oldest local accounting firm.  He became a partner at McClain & Company in 2000, where he remained a partner until starting his own practice in May 2002, primarily as an outsourced CFO.  He joined Jordan Castellon & Company as a partner in February 2004, where he remained a partner until starting his own practice in January 2014. He has extensive experience in tax, accounting, auditing, bankruptcy, litigation support, and forensic accounting.
Arnold is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Arnold also gives back to the community, he served on the board of Directors for the Hispanic Unity of Florida and assisted by serving on the finance and audit committee.  He also served as the treasurer of Hispanic Unity of Florida from 2007 to 2013. He is now an emeritus board member.
