University of Miami law student Aaron Graubert selected as the 2019 B’nai B’rith Justice Unit #5207 Maurice Berkowitz Fellow
Legal Aid Providers in Broward County are pleased to announce that Aaron Graubert has been selected as their 2019 B’nai B’rith Justice Unit #5207 Maurice Berkowitz Summer Fellow. The Fellow will spend six weeks with the Legal Aid Providers in Broward County, Legal Aid Service of Broward County (LAS) and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (LAS).
Graubert is a rising 3L student at the University of Miami School of Law and has been interested in public interest since his time in high school. He is eager to use this opportunity as a step to make the “sort of change [he] hope[s] to see in the world.”
As a Fellow, Graubert will have the opportunity to work directly with LAS and CCLA clients and attorneys, assisting individuals on issues affecting children, veterans, disabled clients, the elderly, as well as other low-income individuals.
