Nicole R. Topper, Esq.

Nicole R. Topper, Esq. is a Partner and Chair of Blank Rome’s Florida Offices. Since 2015, Nicole’s team at Blank Rome has taken 15 pro bono cases for Legal Aid Service of Broward County and the Mission United Veterans Pro Bono Project helping Veterans in areas such as landlord-tenant disputes, consumer issues, and civil litigation matters.

Part Pro Bono-Superhero, part all-star attorney, Nicole concentrates her practice on various litigation matters, including consumer finance, commercial litigation, construction defect, and civil tort litigation.

Nicole represents and counsels residential mortgage loan servicers, lenders, payment processors, and other financial institutions, handling all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through trial and appeal. She is experienced with motion practice, oral argument, discovery, mediation, and trial practice.

Nicole hold a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University.
