Pro Bono Attorney Spotlight: Manju Kalidindi

Manju Kalidindi has been an active volunteer attorney with Legal Aid’s Broward Lawyers Care (BLC) for the past fourteen years, during which she has handled thirteen pro bono cases. Her pro bono work has benefitted survivors of domestic violence and other crimes in their immigration matters, enabling survivors of domestic violence to establish independence from abusive partners. Manju’s work has also benefitted many women under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Ms. Kalidindi has been recognized by the Supreme Court of Florida for providing exceptional pro bono services.

Ms. Kalidindi is Founder and Principal Attorney at the Law Offices of Manjula Kalidindi, P.A. The firm is dedicated to the practice of Immigration Law exclusively. She represents foreign nationals seeking employment-based visas, family-based immigrant petitioners, and corporations seeking to hire temporary foreign workers.

Manju is committed and involved in the community in which she lives and believes that we can all make a difference for the better when we choose to serve something higher than ourselves. She has volunteered as a past board member for Women in Distress of Broward County and as a pro bono attorney for non-profits such as Legal Aid Programs in Broward County.

Ms. Kalidindi is the founder and president of thisdaughter.com – a website serving as a platform for the empowerment of women and girls. Her professional memberships include the Florida Bar, the Association of Immigration Lawyers of America, the South Florida Immigration Lawyers Association, and the South Asian Bar Association. Ms. Kalidindi received her Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University.
